Notified Heard County Water Authority of Problem 3 Years Ago Today

Talk about being depressed over this nightmare — it was THREE years ago today that I notified the Heard County Water Authority of this problem.    Last year, I almost got sick thinking about it on this day. 

THREE awful years — and still, they have not dug one shovel of soil in that water main trench in my front yard, to investigate this.
